I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was central and convenient, the room condition was disappointing and in need of updates. The staff were great and made sure we were comfortable during our stay, but the dining options were hit or miss. Overall, it was an affordable stay, but I would suggest looking elsewhere if you're after something more modern.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in felt quite dated with some aspects needing attention, such as missing ceiling tiles and a sofa that was nearly collapsed. It was spacious but not worth the premium price I paid.
Service

The staff were very accommodating and genuinely made an effort to ensure I had a good stay. They were friendly and helpful, which made up for other shortcomings.

Breakfast was standard but didn't impress me significantly. I also faced some issues during a conference lunch where options were limited.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff really tried to help, but I experienced several issues with the room cleanliness and amenities. The location is fantastic, which I really appreciated, but I felt the rooms need a refurb to match the expectations for the price paid. Overall, I think there's potential, but they need to improve on the important aspects.

Rooms
5.0
The privilege room I stayed in was quite small and didn't have the amenities I expected, like robes and slippers. It felt dusty and outdated, which was disappointing.
Service

While the staff were quick to assist when I reported issues, some requests went unfulfilled. It's clear they are trying to provide good service, but execution was lacking.

While the hotel boasts an ideal location near Piccadilly Gardens and friendly staff members, my stay was marred by several issues. The room, although clean, felt dated and lacked essential amenities, which didn’t align with my expectations. The dining experience fell short, especially with the lack of variety, especially during breakfast. Additionally, despite its many pros, the parking fees were quite steep, which detracted from the overall value.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, but the furniture felt outdated, and there were not enough plug sockets. It could definitely use a refresh.
Service
7.0
The staff was lovely upon our arrival and eager to assist, but I felt neglected when trying to voice my concerns.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a fantastic spot, right in the town center with easy access to everything we needed.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and while the view over Piccadilly Gardens was nice, the quality did not meet expectations, especially during afternoon tea.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had basic facilities, but the parking cost was excessive at ÂŁ20 per day.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and it had its highs and lows. While I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, the lack of attention to service details was disappointing. The amenities were decent, but I found the price didn't align with my expectations based on the experiences I had during my stay.

Rooms
6.0
The room was reasonably clean, but it looked quite dated and was in need of some maintenance. The condensation on the windows took away from what could have been a nice view.
Service
5.0
While some staff were helpful, the service was inconsistent. For example, our room wasn't cleaned until we called reception, and a promised item never arrived.
Location
9.0
The hotel is well-placed for exploring the city, being close to shopping areas and public transport, which made getting around easy.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience had its moments, but the slow service during breakfast left much to be desired, and cold meals weren’t acceptable.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had basic facilities, but the Wi-Fi was hardly usable, especially for business purposes, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel is well-situated for exploring Manchester, with a convenient location near numerous attractions. While I found the rooms spacious and relatively comfortable, the cleanliness and bathroom facilities left much to be desired. Service was acceptable, but some issues with the elevators made my stay frustrating. Overall, it provides decent value for money, but there are areas that need improvement.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious but not particularly well cleaned, and the decor seemed dated.
