adequate central stay with issues

ineffective air conditioninglimited sockets
The air conditioning in my classic double room high floor did not work effectively, resulting in a very uncomfortable night. i called reception multiple times, but no one addressed the issue adequately. the lack of available plug sockets was also quite inconvenient. There was only one accessible socket, limiting my ability to charge devices and use the provided amenities. this impacted my overall experience negatively, as a functional air conditioning system is essential for a comfortable stay.
